a really significant lawsuit Sequoia (aka Steven Peacock of Javelin) vs. ActionView... LOL! Looks like another 3-10-A loophole for private placement in lieu of debenture capital financing... When I see stuff like this I realize ActionView won't get sucked down by some dilutionary monster like GGI... All is good in my mind...


We had a little discussion over this yesterday starting from this post. We have a slight difference of opinion, I say show me the money. I posted a filing with 10 such lawsuits and said pony up and show me the money coming back. Uh deleted! Your toast IMO.
