I have just spoken with Mr Richard Kranz (203-462-7500) who is the legal counsel representing WaterColor. He has given his permission to his name being posted, as well as the following:
1) The company is working with the SEC and counsel to determine the best option to utilize that meets the obligations they have in the most expeditious timeframe
2) The company is expecting to release a PR next week that more clearly defines the actions they will take to resume trading on the OTC
3) The company is working with their auditors to provide financial filings and submit them to EDGAR (Mr Licht advised me in a separate conversation that the 10K's will be audited)
At this moment, that is all I have been authorized to provide, but its good to know that the company is trying to address and resolve shareholder concerns.......
