Sooooooo....they are paying $385 an ounce for 2 million ounces which is $77 million dollars even.

2 questions:

1. Where is the 77 million coming from to pay for the gold?

2. At what risk are the shareholders taking that they can sell it for a hair over $80 million? Is this a "paper swap"?
