Freetrade - CAUTION

FREE TRADE CAution...
I have queried FT over last 2 outages about if there was an alternate way to do trades and essentially the answer is NO!
I sent an email this a.m. conveying my displeasure with yesterday multi hour outage and here is their response:

Dear Valued Freetrade Client:

As you noted, it has been extremely reliable over the past year. And from early indications, yesterday was an outage external to us, in fact clients are telling us that other brokers were affected by the quote plant issue yesterday as well.

However, we certainly understand your concern and desire "for another brokerage," and in fact we do recommend that as a part of our terms and conditions.
