Watching the different Katrina anniversary specials focusing mostly on New Orleans- it seems like there is plenty of work to do locally .
I know in the case a company called BUGS that they got out mannuevered by Haliburton for much of Katrina's Goverment sponsored work, [ even though BUGS was probablly a much better fit cost wise] Perhaps PBLS has run into the same problem in getting work locally. Seems like NO will never be the same and that's a shame. Especially with a company like PBLS right there apparently ready and willing to rebuild.
