Thanks for your thoughts! I guess then you'd have to add costs to get materials off the barge on Komex's end and then to its ultimate destination.

Watching the different Katrina anniversary specials focusing mostly on New Orleans- it seems like there is plenty of work to do locally .

I know in the case a company called BUGS that they got out mannuevered by Haliburton for much of Katrina's Goverment sponsored work, [ even though BUGS was probablly a much better fit cost wise] Perhaps PBLS has run into the same problem in getting work locally. Seems like NO will never be the same and that's a shame. Especially with a company like PBLS right there apparently ready and willing to rebuild.
