Felder filed to sell 600,000; the decline in pps is a combination between him and his friends [Goulding, Altouz, the Nutmeg Group and affiliates] and perhaps small investors have been scared out of their shares but in no way has there been any action, decision or PR by the new management cited by anyone that would attribute to the decline...they are marching forward with the technology and marketing...just my view...Felder is in delusional denial if he believes investors have lost confidence in Barnhizer...when in fact it is Felder & company that are causing the pps decline. Again my view - my previous post gave a link where anyone can request the filing..
