Nobody is owning up to it-

imo shipping aggregate overseas makes about as much sense as mailing engraved bowling balls as Christmas cards.



From talking to some of these guys you get the impression that they have been building things and making cement types for thousands of years there with the materials at hand.


But I guess anything is possible
