I actually didn't expect an offer from anyone. I didn't think there was really anything to make an offer on. Actually I thought they would have to pay someone to take it. (o.k. just kidding in that last sentence).

Perhaps it's Rothschild or one of his chums. I wouldn't be surprised if this was all verbally set up at the end of Greg's recent visit.

Anyone care to speculate?
