Lots of companies have been trying to get into Rusiian and alot of the old Soviet block countries to get that "black gold" you never know. Canada ahs always had oil and dimonds, but thye are hard toget to, good company to read up on is now BQI, was CWPC, they did quite a jump within a year and a half they went from >.10 to over 8 dollars PPS, they are down to 3-4 shares, but have jumped from the OTCBB to the AMEX/NASDAQ. They did all this movement without any RS.
