I have always been of the belief that when we see the first PR, we will see several. Not all at once, but staggered as to support the pps like you stated.

Paul again demonstrates that he will continue to do things in a well thought out methodical manor. Now it appears all of the I's are dotted, and T's have been crossed, the news roll out is upon us.

The only question is, how big will the news be in that first PR? : )
