On June 8th amep was approaching .o7 and i was in the winnipeg airport returning from a fishing trip...I plugged into a rented computor and was rudely awakened by co info on a reverse split...when it became apparent the CEO was not going to split his preferred shares and was taking a third of the company for himself EVERYTHING changed...I did my best to vote against the RS but it narrowly passed and that is the sad story....No one got hurt more than me, my wife, kids and friends... Ugly... over and out.
