I was going to reply directly to a post (20325) regarding NOIs just posted, but I've started a new policy for myself that I will not reply directly to a negative poster or "basher". I would ask others to consider doing the same.

It is amazing that if someone has such a negative opinion about a stock, in this case HEMI, that they stick around. It seems illogical they would continue to stay in a stock that is IN THEIR OPINION not performing and doing WHAT THEY WANT unless there is a method to their madness and they have a desire to create harm for the general investor.

It is clear HEMI is doing their business plan and drilling to prove up their reserves at the same time producing to pay their expenses. The financials and pictures on the web site prove this although the next thing we will hear from some is the black stuff we SEE in the pictures is not really oil or some such rediculous thing.

No company operates 100% the way every shareholder wants them too. In this cast HEMI has to please about 200 or so individuals. It's impossible IMO.

So, and I've said this on another board, If you don't like the way the company is doing business, MOVE ON TO SOMETHING YOU ARE MORE COMFORTABLE WITH i.e. MSFT or INTC or better yet, CFC.

You don't even have to waste a post telling us you're leaving.

Thanks and good riddance.
