If you are saying there is no sign for BKMP, you are right. There is a sign on the board right across the only elevator, a directory actually, which lists TFN.

There is an intercom on the back door by the parking lot which allows you to call up to the suite since the back door locks automatically.

It is not run down area at all, the area is the heart of the TV industry for Toronto. The building they are in is top class.
