This board must remembe that Felder, UNLIKE Bret Barnhizer, DID NOT buy on the open market but just gave himself shares and LOTS of shares..so he sold and is selling for jeolously, revenge, to try and choke off equity financing or whatever...try to regain control of the company by creating shareholder dissatisfaction with the new management or whatever...AND FELDER is not taking any loss at all and can repurchase at will after making a total profit...all of the above represents my opinion and projections based on intuition and past performance of the former CEO, and former CTO.
