The fully subscribed PP and Howard's loan conversion

fit into the A/S.

With Howard' conversion and the $105,000 worth of shares sold at .017, I make the O/S 573,214,286 shares.

The other $395,000 worth would be 23,235,294 shares, giving a total of 596,449,580 shares.

Note the warrants do not change the O/S until exercised. Of course, when/if they do exercise, CHDT will need more authorized shares.
