I hate to be the bearer of bad news...I want this trading more than anyone but I read the following exerts from the "objection to motion"
pg. 3 paragraph 8 "However, this lawsuit did not convince the DTCC to clear Bancorps stock for trading again" (referring to the original lawsuit filed feb 24 2006)
Pg 4 of exibit "A" paragraph 18 "Even though Bancrop believes it is entitled to a declaratory judgemnet against the Defendants and it is the relief needed for Bancorps stock to begin trading again, Bancorp dismissed the declaratory judgment action due to economic and practical considerations" (referring to second lawsuit against the shareholders)
