Week before Labor day is normally a great time to buy- especially a seasonal play such as this- check out how many shares are owned by insiders here and at what price. I bought 550k today at .009 from ARCA and they haven't flinched nor shown the true sales. My guess is this will be accumulated until possibly next week while everyone gets back to their trading desks. Unless ofcourse there is contract news or another storm- or both before
then.
