Wilf is "friends" with everybody.

That's fairly shady if it happened how you say.

The only other possible outcome, which is Wilf screwing Tom out of the shares, makes Wilf look worse. However, I doubt this is the case because Wilf would get a bad name for his business.

I'd be very interested to hear Wilf's side of the story. He probably won't talk about it.
