Back then, 2003-2004, the stock had run thru .50-1.5. Don
decided finance versus selling stock, certainly could have sold stock. But Don being Don, super tight with shares, did not.
If one reads the old 10qs, one can gets the distinct impression Don feels the co.(RTC) was a setup, in cahoots with Banco., as the work Banco "supposodly" sent money for ($200k) was sent to RTC (major oops) for improvements RTC was responsible for (Landfill Gas supply all the way to hookup with Ctum LFG plant with out common atmosphere, O2, N, ect). RTC did not pay most of the local contractors doing
that work and the locals obviously didn't finish, (WHERE DID THE MONEY GO???). Then RTC bk'd.
Anyway,,, jmo, But seems to me, Don took this more than a little personel. Then the RTC Original Bankruptcy court screwed up the transferability of the landfill gas contract/rights
and thus the quagmire evolved to what we have today.
