In the STS Telecom newsroom that says that TVCE "announced today that the Company has sold its residential and commercial business segments to a long-standing strategic partner - STS Telecom."

Please elaborate on your comments, or provide a link to where you got this information. And what do you think will happen to us shareholders if these assets are being sold to a "private company"?...TIA
