I can't vouch for Angela or her info to you. But I believe I've read in a filing, or PR (pr's I'm not crazy about) that upon the reverse split all the previous announced company activities were canceled. Do not quote me on that at this time. I will report back with documented data. If I don't find something concrete to this, consider it more hearsay.
