A/S...it's just a matter of time until
they USE them, the part that hurts worse
is how the market will just factor that
into the price just ast if they HAD issued
them...especially with these little companies.

PS...for yEARs now I hoped the SEC would finally
ban nekid shorting just so these little companies
could function properly, the truth is though, that
for many of them, I don't think doing away with
the loopholes will change them...profits siphoned
off LONG before we, the shareholders ever see any.
As Cramer said awhile back..."it's not that
good companies can't be found in the micro cap
markets, you just have so much CRAP to wade through
that it's not worth the effort."
Who knows, dumping the grandfather clause may help
some of them before it's all over...I've been
thinking of taking a look at the sho-list before
those rules change. So far, I've made a GOOD bit
of money off of USXP and the short covering that
went on there last spring...it paid me back for
the MULTITUDE of these pink/bb's that NEVER DID
RUN.
The ones that STILL amaze me are ones that have the
balls to up that A/S one month and R/S the next.
I forget who it was now but I had one company back
when I played with these more that rolled over three
times in four months...I bought back the first two times
becuase I just couldn't BELIEVE anyone would do it
AGIAN...after the THRIRD time, I figured out that,
YES, that damn stove is HOT !!!

MMIO has me behind the 8ball now...I got back in after
a R/S....low volume low float made it LOOK like they
MIGHT come out of debt then they upped the A/S to
a katrillion shares...
management like that is either REALLY STUPID or
just plain THEIVES...I ask you, what's the difference ?
