The pps went up because the earnings report had a million dollar surprise in it. Most people still don't realise the million they had to send to increase their hold back for charge backs went into the earnings report on "Selling General and Administrative" This inflated that line by a million, making it look like costs are growing to fast and more than that it deducted a million in bottom line profit. That money is just being held, not spent. It will be returned when the charge backs get back in line. I think this may even be an accounting error. It seams to me that million should have been posted to extraordinary or at least the non recurring line. Then it would have stuck out and people would see operating income was 5.1 million and not 4.1. Huge difference. Selling General and Administrative should be 5.57, not 6.57. I don't think this will sneak by the IRS. One of these days their will be a correction I would think.
