no ex-divy date was announced...so you are saying that because a PR was put out stating that the acquisition would take place on July 17th(and not a word since)that shareholders holding on that day will get 1 for 1 NWWV? Doesn't work that way. First of all, the acquisition was supposed to happen on July 17th...without confirmation from the company, one must assume it did not. Without an ex divy date set, there is no way to determine who gets NWWV and when.
