For what it's worth, here are the side by side system comparisons from the two articles.

Operating System
Intel: Windows XP - AMD: Windows Vista Ultimate

DirectX
Intel: DirectX Version 9.0c - AMD: Not Mentioned

Mobo
Intel: ASUSTeK Blitz Extreme - AMD: Not Mentioned

AGP Rates (Current/Available)
Intel: 8x / N/A - AMD: Not Mentioned

CPU
Intel: Core 2 Q6850 5.1 GHz - AMD: Agena FX 3.0 GHz

Memory
Intel: 2048 MB - AMD: 4GB (3.24GB)

GPU
Intel: 1 ATI HD 2900 XT - 2 ATI HD 2900 XT

GPU Core Clock
Intel: 506 MHz - AMD 830 MHz

Memory Clock
Intel: 513 MHz - AMD 900 MHz

In summary, the overclocked Intel based system is forced to compete with an overclocked AMD based system with twice as much memory and twice as many GPU's and the GPU's are overclocked. Not to mention it is a memory based benchmark that will take advantage of AMD's HT, the extra memory, and the extra overclocked GPUs. Let's configure a similar Intel based system and we may have something worth talking about.
