It took 11 fills and almost an hour today to get my first 1000 shares at 1.50, including trades of 3,8,8,9,12, and 20 shares. I had never seen anything quite like it. The small trades didn't show up on my level 2 as I only see round lots there, and most of the executions showed as sells at 1.50, rather than buys, but my orderbook would immediately show them as buys in my account. I was able to get another 550 of 1000 right at 3:59 as the price dipped just before the close.
