I had hoped that Cornell was finished, but I think that this action today may be Cornell's last hoorah here. SALI is on the ask, and I am seeing the 5k trades on the tape that typically signal a combination of shorting and dilution. So, we shall see. It could also be shorting on bid-whacking, which often looks like dilution but isn't.
