Sales cure these problems. They would have no problem getting financed if they could show they had deals done. My question is: if they had an order for 1,000 CTs today, would the buyer be willing to wait the time it would take HISC to secure funding, put the order into production, and then deliver it? That could be a deal breaker on a huge order.
