False reporting of financials? Misleading reporting of sales? Shady business transactions involving acquisition of bankrupt company for personal agenda? Using our money for the venture? And on and on. 'Viable product', define that, please. And, learning, please define 'slander' for me. Be careful of slander accusations they come back if proven to be not true.
