I spoke with Pedro couple days ago and was very impressed and was left with the feeling of total sincerity by him.He welcomed me or anyone else to visit him and the exchange.He mentioned that it should be arranged ahead of time.The man is totally dedicated toward making this venture a success.Once again he mentioned September 1 as the day for the revised PDR exchange to function again.He mentioned that the exchange is huge and that we are only 4% of the total.When you talk to him you are left with the feeling of trust and confidence.
