Ah ha. Here's why the pps fell like a rock.

That's a MONSTER r/s. But why did they do that? To hide the 1.354 B of dilution that occurred in 2006. At one point the o/s was actually 51B, but that was just a ruse. They slipped about 1B into the float last 1/2 of 2006, and then acted as if they did a placement for 50B... yeah right! In January they did the 1 for 10000 just to cover up the mass dilution. That r/s took the o/s to 5,135,400, and the pps to $1.00. Now the o/s is what (??) and the pps is what (??). Case closed. Can't blame the bashers on this one.
