I also believe in the company management. About the only thing I do believe in, at this point. Until the Wisebuy's stock purchase is reported in an 8k.

Since I believe management is experienced, and honest, that is why I don't expect them to reveal private info.

I started all this because retail has been posting, "wait till the financials". And unless the financials are of Seaway's, not Wisebuy's or Hackett's, they are part of a private deal process, between the three.

Most of the time when retail reads PRs about a company releasing audited fianancials, it's when they are pumping an exchange move.

The PR did not say SWVC was going to release audited financials. It said the financials were to be used to close the deal! Very basic business practious!! Know what your buying!


Exchange move financials are require to be public. But financials of a take over target, is not and are only completed, to prove to the parties involved, the deal is worth completing.

I just don't want all the new, & old for that matter, blood, to be waiting for something I don't think they will ever see. And then some time in Sept.; the bashers start posting "Where's the financials" !!! And no one knows why they haven't seen them!
