So what are you saying? That ADNN was a victim? The SEC agrees with you. They filed against the two who created the ads and took the money. They didn't mention ADNN as anything other than a victim. So why bring it up in conjuction with the "I blame the CEO ..." part?

Who is to say that Dressler and his BOD which consists of a known viral marketer is not behind the ads that ran in March 07 which pumped the stock to its latest high of ~1.40?

It seemed to me to be a blatant pump and dump.

Dressler never made any statements expressing his dissapointment in the SEC case or the recent pump and dump.

Dressler is to blame for his silence. To me his silence is his guilt. IMO

He has a great platform (his website etc) to express himself/defend himself and ADNN but he says nothing.
