Could the meeting in Abuja and the JDA also signal they were/are getting approval from JDA on a merger/buyin partner and reaffiming the rights being withheld on the new setup? Why specifically mention Nasdaq instead of AIM? New partnership will be on Nasdaq? The pr was very strongly stated like they are holding their heads up and saying we are here to stay and nobody is going to push us out! I loved the way it was written and the possible implications written between the lines.
