Ha and what were you expecting the new CEO to say? Something other than, "We're working on it, give me a chance"?

I think he said the right things. I'd love to see what you thought his initial blog speech should have included. Did you expect to sell MT up the river and blame everything on him? Not a very reasonable expectation.
