CNE, My thoughts:

That PACX buyer is probably a smal cap fund. This ie probably because the retrofitting regs out here are requiring a lot of these call boxes be updated and converted to wireless. It's all part of freeway upgrades for earthquake, etc. My guess is CNE will get additional contracts in conjuction with the Motorala deal. Speculation on my part.

Like I said. Holding for 4.00.
