The DOJ is the investigative arm of the SEC. they do the work and turn it over to the SEC. this is what I have read. Now it is up to the SEC to prosecute or don't. I am quite sure that if this thing is going away, ERHC will pr it promptly.

This just looks like a good first step. And certainly in the right direction. Looks to be part of some deal for sure .
