I myself think the SEC is a big part of the problem. The system in general is corrupt imo and the SEC is a big part of it.

They seem to try to protect the big money while not caring about the small investor.

Over the years, I have watched them act and I cant figure out how or why they act as they do. I have watched them let KNOWN SHAMS trade for years and years and took no action against them, while they lost investors huge amounts of money.

I have also seen them halt companies that look good and dont look shammy in an instant for reasons I cant figure out.

I would not count on the SEC or DOJ for too much help.

Is PHGI a sitting duck? I have no idea. I guess if the value is far higher down the road then PHGI avoided the bullets. If it doesn't increase value for shareholders then I guess it will join the long list of PS sitting ducks that got shot down.

It's all in Mr. Bebee's hands.

I will admit I am still a bit baffled and upset at Mr. Bebee's complete about face concerning shorts, bashers and etc.

He spent a good bit of time telling many, many people that shareholders can rest easy and know that PHGI is not your normal PS stock and they will go after shorts, bashers and people trying to manipulate the stock. He talked up this great attorney and said they were certainly going to deal with the shorts 100% and without a doubt. Yet now he is stating he has no idea if or how much his company is being shorted and that if people want to short it there is nothing he can or will do about it.

What changed in the last month for him to say they would go after these crooks to now saying they will not and whatever happens happens and he has no control over it?

I for one, do not like seeing a CEO not back up what he previously said or does an about face and says one thing one month and the complete opposite the next month.

You must be able to trust the CEO and I simply do not understand why Bebee made such a big issue about how they will go after the shorts, but now says they arent and cant.

Bebee is known to be honest and trustworthy as per his past history. However, I am far more concerned with his future then his past and what I see now is a CEO posting on message boards and blogs, putting out many, many pr's but the pr's are severely lacking in substance and now he is flip flopping 100% about his intentions to deal with shorts.

((But we have the SEC and DOJ to protect us do we not. Or is all this NSS stuff offshore and beyond their reach? IOW we are sitting ducks?))
