Since my favorite pizza shop does not have a wall menu and is wildly successful I can't back this up. LOL

One thing we all know is it is all about he customer. The easier you make it for them to understand and purchase from you the more likely you are to be a success.

The one thing that nags the heck out of me is the "our large is bigger than their'" thing.

I remember when all pizzas where much larger. A large now (at Pizza Hut and others) really strikes me as being the size of their medium decades ago. It doesn't matter...go with teh extra-large designation or something. Don't try to change the public's perception with a size chart on your box. It takes repeated advertising on a large scale to fix that. Instead understand the public perception and use it to your advantage.
