Most likely not because without the presence of SCD the condition is usually caused by a mechanical defect. The most common drug treatments are Deseryl and Thorazine, sometimes it actually requires manual decompression such as aspiration of blood from the penis if a blood vessel has been ruptured. My guess is for the vast majority of non-SCD related priapism Nicosan would not of any benefit.
