Per the latest 10Q:
"CMP is in final stages of negotiating a broadcast distribution agreement with one of the top 10 TV broadcasters in China. This broadcaster can deliver the broadcast of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? to 517 million home TV viewers in China."

My point was I guess I never thought of this as smoke and mirrors and a credibility issue and figured the whole thing was legitimate so I guess that is why I am not doing cartwheels but I agree at least they have a real, signed deal which might be the catalyst for others to buy in that were more skeptical of the whole thing.
