What is going on with NATO?

We know that last December ESW presented at a military conference showing the work they were doing for the Marines, which are now on the new web site. At that time several NATO entities showed strong interest in the product, a suggested by a quote from the CEO in a PR.

Now consider this paragraph in the shareholder letter:

"I am also very pleased to announce that we have launched our new website showcasing our military portfolio of products and services. This comprehensive website will present the new technologies that we are currently working on for NATO Military groups."

Maybe it is just a case of sloppy writing, but I find it interesting that the future tense (website WILL present) is used for the new technologies ESW is currently working on for NATO Military groups. I have been assuming that we would get a NATO contract fairly soon and that it would be for the StlthCat and/or IRShield, just reconfigured a bit to fit their specific LAV. But combine the future tense and the mention of "new technologies" I am starting to wonder if there is something more going on regarding designing products for one or more NATO entities than only selling what we have built for the Marines.
