it states 8,412 shares of stocks,,,is someone sure this is in the billions,,,because it doesn't state that,,,,not to be ignorant, i know that isnt alot of shares but i really dont know how preferred and all the series stocks works,,,i just want to ask that for sure or later this month will we know exactly what was done to buy the company,,,,will some other release come out to let us know how eveerything went down or how much debt or revenue we get,,,wondering thoughts want to know,,,,bumpy
