I am quite surprised about the reaction from Malyshev - there must be another story behind:

.... with 40% NWOG and 60 % Al Waseet of the planed JV - he cannot expect to control/influence the business.

His statement: ..... "Our mentality is not in line with the mentality of people from the Middle East," will certainly not be a help in regard of the discussed Syrian/Jordan i.e. refinery projects.

The statement .....ZAO North-West Oil Group is "highly quoted on the stock exchange subsidiary in the United States" ... at a PPS of 0.035 $ - hmm !!!!

To become a associate member of the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation .... is it really such a big deal!
(should not each official registered company be automatically a member of the chamber of commerce)
