If Dror only had 262 million shares pre-split, and we KNOW that we had 1 billion shares pre-split (5 million X 200 = 1 billion) - so WE would have had the majority voting power (1 billion > 262 million) and that is not possible cuz we voted on nothing. So it is a mystery to me as to where the share structure came from. Converted from preferred shares (imho)???? I don't know - I am not educated in business. Just guessing. But I am personally optimistic and hoping for a big run. Weeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!! I will sell some shares for big $$$$$'s and I will hold some to allow this baby to grow into a Big Daddy! (imho)
