Opportunity, the 8k stated that the company will have to make an additional 3 million placement within 75 days of the closing of the financing. Check with Tommyb, he was the first to find that provision and he has cited similar clauses in other financings by Smithline where companies were penalized for not doing the placement within the 75 days.
