Lint, it is not bogus. You look at the capitalization 4 years ago and compare that to the capitalization today. You would come up with around the $1.30 figure. I am not saying that is bad. I am only giving that as a reference that anything above that would be better today as for valuing the company than it was 4 years ago. I have been around a long time and dilution is a huge problem with investing in penny stocks.
