Well, I guess he is doing what he said, "My plan all along was to take the share price to the ground floor of the basement, then bring in investors at that level so their wasn’t a chance of the stock price going any lower. Then build the company by adding value".

We'll have trillion of shares, and the pps is deep to the ground floor of the basement and new investors are coming in at a chance the stock can't get anylower with trillion of shares. He does execute his business plan. I'll give this guy till the end of the year. He's adding value to the company and right now we are in a better position than the last CEO. However, if none of these deals aren't real. That's another story and the bahsers have a point and got paid well.
