A clarificion on restricted shares : Asked Jerry about this. He made it clear that all the restricted shares that are held by 3 partners (Jerry, Greg & a third one) are restricted for 2 years and there is no way they could sell a share at this point. They have not issued any new shares either (we should verify this by calling TA periodically). Last time DFD checked and it was unchanged from the previous call..that is a good sign..
