So I started doing a little diging. You say that Jim has taken over the former company's office and the company phone number remains the same and that they currently have no website.

Well it looks like Jim has had pinksheets do some house cleaning. I see they removed TQWI old website, still no Business Description, guess we're all waiting to hear what we're holding as shareholders.
